Amoxicillin trihydrate …………………………………. 150 mg
Gentamicin sulphate ……………………………………. 40 mg

INDICATIONS:
Treatment of acute complex respiratory diseases such as bronchitis, pleuritis, pneumonia; treatment of MMA, arthritis, mastitis, metritis, agalactia, enteritis diarrhea, salmonellosis, pasteurellosis, nephritis, urethritis, cystitis, abscess,wound and sore infection, dermatitis and Leptospirosis, bacteria sensitive to Amoxicillin and Gentmycin.
DOSAGE & USAGE:
Deep intramuscular injection or subcutaneous injection (dog, cat).
Cattle: 1ml/15kg B.W.
Big swine, calf, buffalo caft, sheep, goat: 1ml/10kg B.W
Piglet, dog, cat: 1ml/7kg B.W.
Administer once a day, for consecutive 3-4 days.
Do not administer more than 10ml at an injection site.
Notice: Shake well before use.
CONTRA-INDICATION:
Not use for animals sensitive to the composition of the drug.
Not used for young animals and poultry.
WITHDRAWAL TIMES:
For meat: 20 days; For milk: 2 days.
STORAGE:
Store in cool dry place, temperature not over 300C.
